2008 : ANN SACKS ARRIVES IN WINNETKA High-End Tile and Stone Retailer Finds Home on Chicago’s North Shore January 17, 2007 Ann Sacks, a purveyor of upscale home finishings including tile, stone and plumbing products, has leased 1,480 square feet of premium retail space at 906-908 Green Bay Road in Winnetka, Illinois. The new location is scheduled to open in February 2008. Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group represented the property owner, A&G Property Management, in the transaction. This storefront location features large street-level windows creating high visibility for the full range of Ann Sacks product. Ann Sacks will join other chic home décor retailers in this well-traveled shopping corridor including Pierre Deux, Seagrass and Waterworks. “The Hubbard Woods area of Winnetka is recognized as a destination notable for its eclectic mix of luxury home furnishing retailers,” says Campagni. “Ann Sacks is a perfect addition to the retail profile of the neighborhood.” Jason Jarchow of Beitler Properties represented the tenant in the transaction. Founded in 1981, Ann Sacks has built its reputation with inspiring designs in tile, stone, plumbing, lighting and accessories. Based in Portland, Ore., the company is a division of the Kohler Co. Interiors Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kohler Co. The Winnetka location will be the 19th company-owned Ann Sacks showroom in the country with their tile and stone line also available through independent dealers nationwide. |
