2006 : Kriser’s – “Feeding Pets for Life” to Open Third Location in Chicago’s North Shore December 19, 2006 Kriser’s, a pet store selling only the highest quality, all-natural pet foods and products, will open a new location at Eden’s Plaza in Wilmette, Illinois in early 2007. The pet food company signed a new lease for the 2,018 square foot space in November, 2006. Located in the prestigious North Shore of Chicago, Eden’s Plaza is one of the most significant retail markets in the area surrounded by some of the most affluent residential communities in the nation. The highly visible property, which is seen by nearly 170,000 cars per day, will be Kriser’s third location. Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group, Inc. and Aaron Gadiel of Woodland Consultants represented Kriser’s in the transaction. Eden’s Plaza was represented by Tim Walsh of Joseph Freed and Associates in Palatine, Illinois. “Eden’s Plaza is the ideal location for Kriser’s,” said Campagni. “Potential Kriser’s customers already visit the neighborhood stores so Kriser’s will have its core customers as soon as it opens its doors. Also, with the addition of the upscale grocer – The Fresh Market - to the center, grocery customers will find Kriser’s to be a perfect complement when shopping for pet food.” Kriser’s is a pet supply store offering healthy pet food and supplies. The company will add two new locations to its existing store on North Clybourn Avenue in Chicago. Kriser’s will also open a new location in early 2007 at the intersection of State Street and 11th Street in Chicago’s South Loop. The company sells high quality and all natural pet foods and products, free of chemicals, additives and harmful preservatives. Kriser’s is also one of the only pet food suppliers to offer the products and services necessary for a raw diet for pets. The new location will also provide grooming for pets. |
