2006 : Commercial Forum Names Allen Joffe 2006 Broker of the Year November 20, 2006 The Chicago Association of Realtors Commercial Forum named Allen Joffe of Baum Realty Group, Inc. the 2006 Broker of the Year for Tenant Representation. Joffe, managing broker and principal at Baum, completed more than $40 million in transactions between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2006. Joffe displayed his commitment to the Chicago real estate community through the numerous transactions he completed, the many clients he served and his participation and continuing studies of the market. Many of Joffe’s numerous clients, friends and peers submitted letters recommending Allen for the award. Criteria for the Broker of the Year includes gross dollar volume, number of transactions completed, impact on the community, professionalism and ethics, industry involvement, community involvement, client’s perception and peer’s perception. Since joining Baum in 1993, Joffe has provided clients with an unmatched knowledge of the Chicago area retail leasing business. He has successfully negotiated and managed lease transactions for more than 40 clients including Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, Morton’s Restaurant Group, Boston Market, McDonald’s, Kay Jewelers, Kinko’s, Elephant Bar Restaurant, Fitness 19, Performance Bicycle, Ace Hardware, Panda Express, The Little Gym, Areawide Cellular, Taco Fresco and Health Rider/ Nordic Track. |
