2006 : Baum Realty Group to Represent Jimmy John’s in Chicago Suburbs and Northwest Indiana October 20, 2006 Baum Realty Group, Inc. will represent Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops in Chicago’s suburbs and Northwest Indiana. Jimmy John’s continues to expand its operations across the United States and has enlisted Baum Realty Group to complete the rollout of additional locations in the market. “We are very excited to be working on behalf of Jimmy John’s,” said Allen Joffe, principal of Baum Realty. “It is a fast growing company. We look forward to assisting them in their expansion.” Jimmy John’s has plans to open more than 120 stores across the United States in 2007, adding to the more than 450 stores already in existence. In 23 years, the company has grown to 450 locations in more than 34 states. The company plans on having 60 stores opened by the end of the year and has 120 stores booked for 2007.
