2006 : Douglas Renner Joins Baum Realty Group, Inc. September 7, 2006 Douglas Renner has joined Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, Inc. as Vice President of Landlord Representation, bringing with him almost a decade of experience. Renner most recently held the position of Associate Vice President of Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. In his six years at Edgemark, Renner was responsible for the leasing and sale of more than 1,500,000 square feet of retail space and directed the leasing of 20 shopping centers. Renner has represented tenants such as Cosi, Inc., Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug and Harbor Freight Tools. He also served as a Sales Associate at Dolan and Murphy Real Estate, Inc.
