2006 : JARED THE GALLERIA OF JEWELRY SET TO SPARKLE IN BOLINGBROOK, ILL. Baum Realty Group Negotiates Transaction Feb. 21, 2006 Jared The Galleria of Jewelry is expanding its presence in the greater Chicago area. The popular upscale jeweler has signed a lease for a new store in Bolingbrook, Ill. that will boost to 9 its total locations in this market. Nationally Jared has more than 100 stores. Represented exclusively in the Chicago area by Allen Joffe of Baum Realty Group, Jared will open its new 6,000-square-foot Bolingbrook store in fall 2006 at the southwest corner of Boughton and Janes. During lease negotiations, the landlord was represented by Doug Johnson of DE Johnson & Co. |
