2006 : BAUM REALTY RETAINED AS EXCLUSIVE RETAIL LEASING AGENT FOR 208 S. LaSALLE, CHICAGO Feb. 16, 2006 Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, a leading retail brokerage firm concentrating on the Chicago metropolitan market, has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 208 S. LaSalle St., Chicago. Located in the heart of the financial district, the 875,000-square-foot office building features 42,380 square feet of street level retail space and 56,650 square feet of lower level retail space. Tenants include Coach, Sydel and Sydel, and Brook Furniture Rental with 17,600 square feet of retail space currently available for lease.
