2006 : BAUM REALTY GROUP ARRANGES $3.2 MILLION SALE OF SINGLE TENANT GROUND LEASE IN WARRENVILLE, ILL. Feb. 14, 2006 Chad Firsel has arranged the sale of a 1.6 acre single-tenant ground lease located at Winfield and Diehl roads in Warrenville, Ill. Acquired for $3.2 million by a Chicago-based private investor, the site is 100% occupied by Bank of America. The seller was a Winnetka, Ill.-based private developer. During sales negotiations, both parties were represented by Chad Firsel, executive vice president of Baum Realty Group’s Investment Sales Division. “This property is in a fantastic location. It’s close to Naperville, voted the third best place to live in the U.S., and is part of the successful Cantera planned development in Warrenville,” said Firsel. |
