2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP ARRANGES $900,000 SALE OF MAIN STREET PLAZA IN MT. PROSPECT, ILL. Dec. 7, 2005 Baum Realty Group has arranged the sale of a 6,078-square-foot multi-tenant retail building located at 611 N. Main St., in Mt. Prospect, Ill. Developed in 1985 and renovated in 2004, the 100-percent-leased building was acquired for $900,000 by a Chicago based private investor. The seller was a Chicago based private investor. “With its location in a strong retail corridor along Route 83, Main Street Plaza is ideal for smaller retail and office users. It’s an overall great property for investors seeking an acquisition with a nice yield, compared with most retail properties in today’s market,” said Chad Firsel, executive vice president of Baum Realty Group’s Investment Sales Division.
