2005 : ROCKFORD OFFICE BUILDING SELLS FOR $4.85 MILLION Baum Realty Group Arranges the Transaction Nov. 17, 2005 Baum Realty Group’s Chad M. Firsel has arranged the sale of a 28,108-square-foot office building located at 4930 E. State St. in Rockford, Ill. It was purchased for $4.85 million by a Chicago-based private investor. The seller was represented by Bharat Puri of First Rockford Group a Rockford-based developer and real estate investor.
