2005 : FIDELITY TO FILL FORMER PIER 1 LOCATION IN HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. Baum Realty Group Negotiates on Behalf of the Landlord Nov. 1, 2005 Leading Chicago-based retail brokerage firm Baum Realty Group has negotiated a new 10 year lease with Fidelity Investments to fill the former Pier 1 Imports space at 1 Skokie Blvd. in Highland Park, Ill.
