2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP ANNOUNCES STAFF ADDITIONS Philip Baugh Joins Leasing Team; Meredith Horner Joins Investment Sales Group Aug. 5, 2005 Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, a leading retail brokerage firm, has added two professionals to its team of commercial real estate professionals. They are: Philip A. Baugh has joined Baum Realty's leasing team serving clients including Cartridge World, @ Properties, Mid-America Development Partners and Universal Realty Group. Bringing to the position nearly 10 years of experience, Baugh most recently was executive manager for Burrito Beach, a five-unit, fast-casual restaurant company based in Chicago. In this position he was responsible for corporate development and project management. Prior to that he served as a real estate financial consultant to HVS International, the world's largest hospitality specific consulting firm. Baugh received his bachelor's degree in real estate finance from Cornell University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and resides in Lombard, Ill. Meredith G. Horner has joined Baum Realty Group's Investment Sales Division, which assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial real estate. She most recently completed a research internship with NAI DESCO in St. Louis, where she collaborated with senior management and brokers to create an informational catalog, demographics map, compiled a transactions database and developed marketing maps and charts. Horner graduated in May from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree as well as a leadership award. She resides in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. |
