That's how much interest Baum Realty Group generated for an 11,800-square-foot, two building retail center in Boise, Idaho that it was retained to sell. The center was purchased for the asking price of $3.3 million by a Boise-based private investment group. The seller was Baum Brothers, L.L.C. of Chicago. Situated in a popular retail corridor, the buildings are 100 percent leased with the largest tenant being U.S. Bank, a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB), the 6th largest financial holding company in the United States. Other tenants include Baja Fresh and T-Mobile. Representing the seller in the transaction was Chad Firsel and Jason Berngard of Baum Realty Group. The buyer was represented by a broker from Boise. |
