2005 : SINGLE TENANT GROUND LEASE SELLS FOR $3.9 MILLION Baum Realty Group Negotiates The Transaction June 30, 2005 A single-tenant ground lease has sold for $3.9 million to a Chicago-based private investor. The 1.5 acre property is located at Rt. 59 and 95th Street in Naperville, Ill. and is occupied with a building 100% leased to Bank of America. The seller was undisclosed. During sales negotiations, the seller was represented by Chad Firsel, executive vice president of Baum Realty Group's Investment Sales Division. "This is an excellent location in Naperville," said Firsel. "The site is part of a lifestyle center with a 3,200 seat movie theater and many other high-end retailers." |
