2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP ARRANGES SALE OF 20,400-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE BUILDING IN CHICAGO June 17, 2005 Chad Firsel of Baum Realty Group, Inc. has arranged the sale of a 20,400-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Chicago's River North submarket. Located at 434 W. Ontario St., it sold for more than $2.87 million to a private investor in Lake Zurich, Ill. The seller was a Chicago-based private investor. Renovated in 1999, the 65-year-old property was 90 percent occupied at the time of sale. Multiple offers were received for the building, which is near great restaurants, the East Bank Club and easy access to I-90 and I-94. "Demand for well-located and maintained prime investment assets like this one is far outpacing supply," said Baum Realty Group's Firsel. "We knew the building would achieve the price it did." |
