2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP NEGOTIATES NEW LEASES FOR THE LITTLE GYM AND HILTI June 17, 2005 Two new retail leases have been negotiated by Baum Realty Group, a leading retail brokerage firm concentrating on the Chicago metropolitan market. The Little Gym® has signed a lease for 4,534 square feet at University Village Marketplace, Halsted & Maxwell Streets, Chicago. The Little Gym is a structured, curriculum-based skill-building program designed to teach in a fun, challenging environment. This location is scheduled to open in the fall. During lease negotiations, The Little Gym was represented by Allen Joffe and Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group. The landlord was represented by Greg Bayer and Dan Tausk of Mid-America Real Estate. Hilti USA has leased 2,125 square feet at 1011 S. State St. in Chicago. Hilti is a world leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing added-value, top-quality products for professional customers in the construction industry and in building maintenance. This retail store is scheduled to open in the fall. During lease negotiations, Hilti was represented by Allen Joffe and Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group. The landlord, Fox Family Limited Partnership, was represented by Adam Secher of Baum Realty Group. |
