2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP FINDS A HOME FOR MY CHILD'S ROOM 15,000-Square-Foot New Lease at Algonquin Commons May 25, 2005 Leading Chicago-based retail brokerage firm Baum Realty Group has negotiated a new 10 year lease for My Child's Room at Algonquin Commons in Algonquin, Ill. The 15,000-square-foot location is scheduled to open late this fall. My Child's Room is a retail chain offering affordable children's furniture from top quality manufacturers. During lease negotiations, My Child's Room was represented by Allen Joffe and Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group. Representing the landlord was Joe Parrott of CB Richard Ellis. |
