2005 : BAUM REALTY GROUP ARRANGES $1.29 MILLION LAND ACQUISITION IN ORLAND PARK, ILL. April 6, 2005 Chad Firsel of Baum Realty Group, Inc. has arranged the acquisition of a 1.6 acre parcel of land in Orland Park, Ill. Located at 161st Street and LaGrange Road, the property was acquired for $1.29 million by The Dermatology Center. The seller was Summit Development Corp. of Louisville, Ky. The property is part of a growing lifestyle development, which includes a hotel, high-end fitness center, and multiple single- and multi-tenant retail properties. "This location is perfect for a medical office tenant like The Dermatology Center," said Baum Realty Group's Firsel. "We were meticulous in our search for the right site and dedicated a significant amount of time and research to finding it. We took over three years to complete this deal, and persistence paid off." |
