2005 : JARED THE GALLERIA OF JEWELRY SET TO SPARKLE IN VERNON HILLS, ILL. Baum Realty Group Negotiates Transaction Jan. 3, 2005 Jared The Galleria of Jewelry is expanding its presence in the greater Chicago area. The popular upscale jeweler has signed a lease for a new store in Vernon Hills, Ill. that will boost to eight its total locations in this market. Nationally Jared has more than 90 stores. Represented exclusively by Allen Joffe of Baum Realty Group, Jared will open its 7th Chicagoland store in summer 2005 in Vernon Hills at the former Chili's space at 567 E. Townline Rd. During lease negotiations, the landlord was represented by Dean Papadakis of KP&G Enterprises, Inc. |
