2003 : BAUM REALTY GROUP RETAINED TO LEASE REMAINING RETAIL SPACE AT AT&T CORPORATE CENTER, CHICAGO July 24, 2003 Chicago-based Baum Realty Group, a leading retail brokerage firm concentrating on the Chicago metropolitan market, has been retained by Tower Realty Management Corporation to serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the currently vacant retail space located within the 1.57-million-square-foot AT&T Corporate Center at 227 W. Monroe St., Chicago. The 60-story office tower, located in the West Loop submarket, houses a total of 12,310 square feet of prime retail space, all situated on the ground floor. Currently, 3,510 square feet is available between Federal Express and Kinko's on the Franklin Street side of the building. Additional retailers at the property include an AT&T Phone Store and Starbucks. Managing the leasing campaign will be Baum Realty Group Principal and Managing Broker Allen Joffe and Associate Janika Brenner.
