Baum Secures Home in Chicago's River North for Addington's Newest Restaurant Venture
Keene Addington, former CEO of Flat Top Grill opens sleek supper club in Chicago’s growing River North neighborhood. Tortoise Club’s mahogany walls and tables reclaimed from the original Pump Room, along with pieces from the Chicago History Museum, complete the club’s chic décor.
“Working directly with Keene Addington was a phenomenal experience. He had a very clear vision of what he wanted, and I believe we found him the perfect space for his intimate, sophisticated restaurant,” said Anthony Campagni, of Baum Realty Group.
Hoping to bring back the “classic sophistication of Chicago,” Mr. Addington does just that in the 5,700sf space located at 350 N. State St. set to open 2012. Anthony Campagni and Allen Joffe of Baum Realty Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
