Schaumburg Marketplace Plaza Welcomes Title Boxing Club
Schaumburg (January 18, 2012) – Baum Realty Group (BRG) leases 6,260 square feet of Schaumburg’s Marketplace Plaza in Schaumburg, Illinois. Title Boxing Club, one of the world’s largest distributors of boxing, kickboxing and MMA equipment and apparel will drop the Plaza’s vacancy rate to 13.64% due to the efforts of Steve Schwartz and Allen Joffe of Baum Realty Group. Other tenants brought to Schaumburg Marketplace Plaza include Advanced Auto Parts, The Melting Pot and Performance Bicycle. The new tenant offers an exciting variation to the plaza and is slated to open summer 2012. Allen Joffe and Steve Schwartz of Baum Realty Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
