BRG Leases & Sells Trophy Property on Michigan Ave.

CHICAGO (November 30, 2011) – Doug Renner and Anthony Campagni of Baum Realty Group recently represented ownership in the completion of multiple transactions at 6 North Michigan Avenue. The two signed leases with Panera Bread and Starbucks and subsequently sold the commercial space to Newcastle Limited for $10,100,000.00.

“This was a rewarding project to be a part of. We worked with an owner that really knew what he wanted and gave us clear direction”, says Doug Renner. According to Anthony Campagni, “The goal was to bring class A tenants that are complimentary to the luxury residential aspects of the redevelopment, and we feel we’ve achieved that.”

Also involved in the lease transactions were Lara Keene representing Panera Bread and Adam Secher representing Starbucks.  Lara Keene and Adam Secher are also with Baum Realty Group.
