Danny Spitz joined Baum Realty Group as Vice President of Investment Sales in 2011. Danny’s primary focus is on investment sales throughout the Chicagoland area. In 2012, Baum Investment Sales Team completed 10 transactions with a value over $43 Million.
Prior to Baum, Danny spent five years at @properties Commercial specializing in investment sales and retail leasing where he established the commercial division for the company.
Prior to becoming a broker, Danny began his real estate career working for Chicago based bank MB Financial for 2 years as an underwriter for C & I and commercial real estate transactions ranging up to $30 million. Danny gained experience analyzing a variety of real estate deals and transactions for many commercial and industrial business clients. In 2004 Danny became a broker and spent two years in a one-on-one mentorship specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and development.
Danny has served as Vice-Chairman for the Chicago Association of Realtors’ (CAR) Commercial Forum and is an active member in International Council of Shopping Centers. Previously, he served as a director of Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) and in 2010 was awarded a Silver award from CAR for total lease volume.
Danny was born and raised in Skokie, IL and attended Arizona State University where he graduated with Honors and received a bachelor’s degree Cum Laude in Finance. |
