Jonathan Feld joined Baum Realty Group, LLC in 2009. He provides both tenant and landlord representation services with a focus on downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburban markets. Jonathan exclusively represents Starbucks Coffee, The Gardner School, CiCi’s Pizza, Advance Auto Parts and a variety of independent retailers and restaurants.
As a vital member of Baum Realty Group's Tenant Representation Group, Jonathan has secured high profile lease and purchase opportunities on behalf of clients in Chicago’s most desirable downtown retail markets including the Gold Coast, River North, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and the West Loop.
Jonathan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Young Real Estate Professionals, ICSC Next Generation, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, Chicago Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. |
