| Andrew Watson Vice President Investment Sales Andrew Watson is vice president of Investment Sales at Baum Realty Group, LLC He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate including land, retail, office and multi-family property sales. Before joining Baum in April 2007 Andrew worked at Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. Andrew has worked with clients including Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Wendy’s Corp., Inland Acquisitions, Inland Midwest Equities, Weiss Development, UP Development and Chase Bank. In his more than five years at Inland, Andrew brokered transactions such as the sale of a Meijer anchored regional shopping center in Oswego, Illinois, a 29-acre land parcel in Woodstock, Illinois sold to Wal-Mart, the sale of a Big K-Mart in Eureka, California and a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Pineville, North Carolina. Andrew is a licensed realtor and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. A 2001 graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Andrew received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a concentration in business. |
