| Steve Schwartz Associate Steve Schwartz joined Baum Realty Group, LLC in January 2007 after serving as a broker for five years at Hallmark & Johnson. At Baum, Steve works in the Landlord Representation division representing clients such as Inland Commercial Properties, Shodeen Properties, Beal Properties, Hamilton Partners, VLF Development and Hayes Properties. Steve and his team are currently responsible for the leasing and disposition of over 2,000,000 sf of retail space in the Chicago metropolitan area. In addition to his duties to his Landlord clients, Steve is proud to handle site selection for Arthur Murray Dance Studio and Underground Printing. In the past, Steve has overseen deals for a clientele that includes Davis Street Land Company, Wilmot Properties, Esskay Development, Westgate Joint Venture and the Village of Wilmette. While at Hallmark and Johnson Steve closed more than $9 million in commercial sales and facilitated lease transactions of more than 22,000 square feet of commercial space. Steve’s professional affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers. Steve is also an active member of the Chicago Yacht Club and Professional Ski Instructors of America. In 2002, Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. |
