| Jordan Shtulman Vice President Investment Sales Jordan A. Shtulman is vice president of Baum Realty’s Investment Sales division where he assists clients with the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate. In addition, he is responsible for transaction management, analyzing the market and valuation of commercial real estate assets. In April 2007 Jordan came to Baum Realty Group from The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, which he joined in 2001 as an investment sales and tenant broker. There, he worked with 7-Eleven in its expansion of city sites throughout Chicagoland. While at Inland he worked with numerous regional developers in the acquisition and disposition of retail land, residential land, single tenant NNN, multi-tenant retail centers and an array of multi-family residential deals. Currently pursuing his CCIM designation, Jordan is a licensed realtor and an active member of the International Center of Shopping Centers and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics in 2000. |
