| Adam Secher Principal Adam Secher joined Baum Realty Group, LLC in mid-2001 adding an unparalleled familiarity of both restaurant operations and sales and an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Adam serves as Baum Realty’s restaurant specialist whose clients include Pompei, Chipotle, Elephant Bar, Pollo Campero and a variety of local independent restaurants. He serves as the exclusive broker for Chipotle and Pompei in Chicago. Adam counts hip fashion and lifestyle tenants such as Urban Outfitters and Flight 001 as part of his diverse retail clientele, as well as financial services retailers including TD Waterhouse. He also represents numerous landlords including The Fordham Company, Thrush Realty, Fifeld Realty Co. and Diversey Metroplex. Adam is vice-chairman of the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Commercial Forum committee and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves as co-chairman of the Chicago’s Next Generation committee. Currently enrolled in CCIM courses, Adam will attain his designation next year. Adam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. |
