| Douglas Renner Vice President Landlord Representation Douglas Renner joined Baum Realty Group in September 2006 bringing with him almost a decade of experience. Douglas oversees third party representation for owners and developers of retail shopping centers. His clientele ranges from big-box and grocery anchored shopping centers to local neighborhood sites. Before coming to Baum, Doug worked at Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, where he was associate vice president. While at Edgemark, Doug was responsible for the leasing and sale of more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space and directed the leasing of 20 shopping centers totaling 1.8 million square feet. Doug represented landlords including RREEF, Regency, and First Washington. He has represented tenants such as Cosi, Inc., Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug and Harbor Freight Tools. Previously, Doug served over two years as a sales associate at Dolan and Murphy Real Estate, Inc. In addition, Doug has helped raise more than $50,000 in the past four years for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and was an assistant director for six years for the not-for-profit youth program, Opportunity Through Baseball, which provides an experience that combines baseball and education for inner city kids throughout the United States. Doug is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Doug has a master's degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University and a bachelor's degree in Sports Management, also from Ohio University. |
