| Tim Driver Associate Tim Driver joined Baum Realty Group in August 2007 and is an Associate with the Landlord Representation team. The team specializes in the sale and leasing of a wide array of properties ranging from big-box anchored projects to local neighborhood sites. Prior to joining Baum, Tim was an Associate Advisor to the Retail Group of Grubb & Ellis/Paramount Commerce wherein he specialized in landlord services and developed a broad network of prospective tenants for available properties. Tim also worked with the Hinman Company as a Market Research Assistant. His research focused on competition within the local commercial real estate market, identification of viable tenants for available properties and collection of current tax data. Tim has been involved in the real estate industry for more than four years and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the ICSC Next Generation network. He is a licensed salesperson in the states of Illinois and Michigan. Tim is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned a B.A. in Psychology in 2004. |
