| Anthony Campagni Associate Anthony Campagni joined Baum Realty Group in November, 2003. Anthony works on third party landlord representation and tenant representation and exclusively represents FedEx Kinko’s, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Panera Bread, The Little Gym and Carquest Auto Parts in the Chicagoland market. Most recently, Anthony was involved in the roll-out of FedEx Kinko’s small store prototype, completing 36 transactions in 2006 and 2007. In addition, Anthony leases and sells multiple retail properties for prestigious owners and developers such as Mesiron Stein, Syndicated Equities, Waterton Residential and Ranquist Development. Prior to coming to Baum Realty Group, LLC Anthony worked at Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc. in New York City, where he was a retail consultant with a variety of real estate brokerage responsibilities. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Chicago Loop Allinace, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In 2004, Anthony was a finalist for the Rookie of the Year distinction from the Chicago Association of Realtors Commercial Forum. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate and urban land economics with a specialization in international business. |
