| Jason Berngard Associate Jason Berngard joined Baum Realty Group, LLC in March of 2004. Jason provides both tenant and landlord representation throughout the Chicagoland market. He exclusively represents Starbucks in the North, West, and Southwest suburbs. Jason also provides tenant representation services to Johnny Rockets, The Original Soupman, and Halsted Street Deli. In addition, he works on 3rd party leasing and sales with numerous developers and landlords including: Prime Capital Advisors, Metropolitan Development Enterprises, Vandercar Holdings, Hilco Real Estate, The Cloverleaf Group, Tudor Hill, and The Village of Park Forest. Prior to joining Baum, Jason worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a consultant within their highly regarded corporate fraud and investigations practice. Jason is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Chicago Real Estate Council, Young Real Estate Professionals, and the Indiana Alumni Association. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Indiana University. |
