| Ann Baumann Associate Ann Baumann joined Baum Realty Group, LLC in October 2006. Ann specializes in property leasing at Baum. Before coming to Baum, Ann was the Director of Leasing for Next Realty, LLC in Northbrook, Illinois. At Next, Ann was responsible for the company’s more than two million square foot retail portfolio, leasing all new deals and renewals. The diverse portfolio included spaces ranging from small community shopping centers to large power centers located in Chicagoland, Wisconsin, Michigan and the East coast. Ann has been in real estate for seven years, starting her career at The Daly Group, LLC as director of marketing and research. Ann is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and of Women in Retail Leasing. Ann graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology. |
